Managing Client Accounts

The Clients page is where you can manage your clients’ ONEder accounts, which are automatically created for you at the time of purchase.  If you click on the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the screen and select Clients, you’ll see a list of the clients that have been assigned to your ONEder account.
 

 
Creating a new client account is easy: just click on the  button in the lower-right corner of the screen, and the New Student screen will load.  You are required to enter a Student name, E-mail address, Username, and the client’s Grade, but also have the option to add the client’s Student ID, Gender, Race, Date of birth, Phone number, Home address, and Cell phone number.
 

 
Clients need to have a license assigned before they’ll be able to log in and access the content you’ve published to their accounts.  If you have one available (you can check how many unassigned licenses you have on the My Profile page), click the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the No License box to assign it.  You can use that same option to unassign their license if you plan to deactivate their account. (In fact, you should since ONEder won’t automatically unassign licenses from deactivated accounts.)
 
Special accommodations required by the client can be configured by clicking on the pencil icon in the Accommodations box in the upper-right corner of the screen.  ONEder comes preconfigured with a broad scope of accommodations that are subgrouped into Instruction and Testing, Response, and Timing and Scheduling categories as seen below:
 

 

 

 
Once you’ve finished configuring the client account, click the SAVE button.
